I worked with Safiyah a year ago. I started over 80 kgs, uneducated about nutrition, disconnected from my own body and unable to lift a weight. Three months later, I had reached most of my fitness goals, and got on track to achieve all my goals.
I lost 20+ kgs, and a year later I can say I kept it off Alhamdoulilah. I know more about my nutrition, binge eating, emotional eating and how to manage bumps on the way.
