Unlike typical trainers who focus only on physical results, I emphasize mind and body wellness to create sustainable changes that go beyond just looks.

Whether you choose a self-guided program, one-on-one coaching, or workout sessions only, I’m here to guide you through building self-accountability and provide the tools you need to succeed.

Why 3 months?

Real change doesn’t happen overnight. All my programs are either 3 months or booked via 12 block sessions (or more) for Pt sessions. Why?

Change isn’t instant. A three-month journey gives us the time to reshape habits, solidify new routines, and navigate challenges together.

This period is about building a foundation so strong that by the end, you’ll have the skills, confidence, and resilience to sustain your wellness goals on your own. Three months lets you experience the start of transformation, witness your growth, and build resilience so that by the end, your new lifestyle feels like second nature.

For Muslim women to feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies—embracing fitness as a way to build strength, energy, and resilience, rather than chasing a number on the scale.

I want women to work with their bodies, not against them, recognizing that muscle is strength, not size. Strength training helps prevent injuries, boost energy, and support long-term health so they can move with confidence at every stage of life.

Beyond fitness, I want women to develop a healthy, stress-free relationship with food—one that’s balanced, nourishing, and enjoyable.

No guilt, no extremes, just a sustainable way to fuel both body and mind. Because true well-being comes from both physical strength and a positive mindset, and my mission is to help women cultivate both; so they can thrive, inside and out
